Ceeya Inc.'s use of information received from Google APIs and Apple will adhere to the Google API and Apple Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google and Apple APIs for user authentication.
Hewitt follows the standard Apple's Terms of Use which can be found here: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ The following terms are enhancement in addition to the aforementioned Terms of Use to protect the users.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Hewitt mobile app, users agree to be bound by these terms.
Ceeya Inc. provides a platform for browsing various social postings and offers a commercial-free experience. Users have the option to pay for the creation of their own postings.
Users must not upload, post, or otherwise transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise objectionable.
All content on the app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Hewitt Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Users retain all rights to any content they submit, post, or display on or through the app. However, by doing so, they grant Hewitt Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content in any and all media or distribution methods.
User privacy is important. Refer to the Hewitt Inc. Privacy Policy for information on how user data is collected, used, and protected.
For services requiring payment, users must agree to the pricing and payment terms as noted at the time of purchase.
Hewitt Inc. provides its service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The company will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the app.
These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hewitt Inc. is headquartered, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
